What a grand slam! Very recently i have been going through disagreements with my father and a lot of emotions mainly pain and anger arise. That exercise is very relevant right now to me. So thank you for sharing what it means to be a Weaver and Ambassador. To be honest i haven’t really been diving too deep into both courses but i am very inspired to express both these archetypes in my life.

Adam, will you be doing the breakout groups after a live session? In the resonance academy (pilot version) it was great to do it like that because we engaged with the community straight after the talk and the energy was different that when we have been doing them by ourselves. This usually meant staying up late at night but it is so uplifting to share with others after you guys have set the tone…
That’s a good idea Laura. It may require a bigger time commitment from everyone on our session days, but a direct transition to a breakout call would probably be effective. I’ll consider that. Thank you!

And working with you guys these weeks has made me realize that the suffering within myself is the first one I can tackle, consciously…
Yea its the scariest and the most wonderful process. Ive constantly been reminded how much invisible support is there if i just take a few steps in the directions of action~
There is no intelligence in reflexes

Well, I think there is intelligence in a reflex, it´s just very very basic…
I guess it depends on your definition and understanding of what intelligence is and means. Intelligence to me requires choice. When you hit you knee with a hammer you dont choose to tilt your leg, it happens mechanically. There is some sort of intelligence behind the creation of the reflex but not in its execution.
Fair enough, yes I agree from this point of view specially regarding freedom of choice. But if you are the knee, you are doing a pretty good job at responding correctly to the stimulus! By this I meant to say that the body itself, the biologic reactions, are intelligent are their own level, but yes, I do agree with you about conscious action and not reaction. I guess my response to you really comes from my aspiration to actually integrate my biological responses and impulses together with everything else, because in the past my intellectual aspect has been trying to see the biological as primitive and something to evolve out from
yes, what is scary is someone might abuse our vulnerability… I would begin by at least clarifying in my mind what I am ready to be open about, and with whom, and what I still feel I should keep to myself in certain contexts
